All products are checked and examined for any design lapses before being set for purchase and delivery. Any error, henceforth, observed in the design should be considered as the ‘kintsugi’ imperfection of the item.
As all products are measured by hand, please allow a slight margin of error.
2. Return Policy
If there is a quality problem, we accept return within 7 calendar days after receiving the goods. Proof of purchase are to be provided for any returns, and be refunded via their online payment mode.
No return will be accepted in relation to personal preferences, color recognition errors due to screen chromatic aberrations, or slight sewing line breaks.
No refund & replacement will be available for Limited Edition items. (See Limited Edition item disclaimer)
